Refund policy

At Rangrezza, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free exchange process under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items must be sent back for exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Any item that is stained, scented, or shows signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale Items: Articles purchased during a sale or at a discount are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless the product is defective.

  • Accessories: For hygiene reasons, items like jewelry or intimate wear (if applicable) cannot be exchanged.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Note: For a smooth claim process, we highly recommend customers record an unboxing video as proof of the condition in which the parcel was received.

  • In such cases, Rangrezza will bear the shipping costs for the replacement.

4. Exchange Procedure

  2. Provide your Order ID and photos/videos of the product.

  3. Once your request is approved, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse.

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will ship the new item to you.

5. Refund Policy

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will provide you with a Store Credit/Voucher of the same value, which you can use for your next purchase.
